Vote For Gift - How To Play

1. Vote and win prizes!

2. Products will be made available during the Voting Period to be won by Users. Winners will win available products for free.

3. Users must vote for products, in order to become eligible to win the said products. The number of Users selected to win prizes is dependent on the quantity of prizes available.

4. Winner of the prize is the User who has the highest Favourite Score and highest Intelligence Score, out of all Users who voted for each product.

5. A User’s Favourite Score is based on the number of votes cast for a product during the Voting Period. The more the votes cast, the higher the Favourite Score is Intelligence Scores are calculated algorithmically based on the following factors: reviews, purchases, purchases, visit and/or follow store rate, re-visit rate, and social influence.

6. Users will be issued a fixed number of votes (which are to be counted towards the Favourite Score), at Lazada’s discretion, on a daily basis. Users can earn more votes by:
6.1. completing available tasks. Click on the “Get more votes”button located at the bottom of the page to see a list of tasks and the number of corresponding votes to be received for every accomplished task; and
6.2. completing the check-in task every day.

7. All unused votes shall expire at the end of each calendar day on which the said vote was earned.

8. To receive prize(s), winners are required to do the following:
8.1. to check out the prizes within 3 days from the date of winner announcement, which is notified to the winners via in-app notification; and
8.2. to pay for shipping and associated logistics costs, as specified in applicable PDP and checkout pages.

Prizes are given on an “as is” basis. Lazada shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury or death related to any and all aspects of the “Vote For Gift” activity (“Activity”) arrangement, including without limitation prizes for winners.

9. Decisions of Lazada regarding any and all aspects of the Activity shall be final and unappealable. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained.

10. Where Lazada deems that a User has breached of any of these Terms & Conditions, including fraudulently participating in the Activity, Lazada reserves the right, at its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify or reject the User, to prevent or restrict access of any User to the Activity or to regard the User’s vote as ineligible for the Activity.

11. Lazada reserves the sole and absolute right to alter or end the Activity, without giving prior notice or compensation in cash or in kind. Lazada reserves the right to change these Terms & Conditions at its sole discretion and without prior notice.

12. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed under Malaysia law. Any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions or the breach, termination or invalidity thereof shall be
settled by arbitration under the Asian International Arbitration Center (“AIAC”) Arbitration Rules. The arbitral tribunal shall consist of a sole arbitrator to be appointed by the Director of the AIAC. The place of arbitration shall be in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Any award by the arbitration tribunal shall be final and binding upon the parties.

13.
