Terms and Conditions for the 9.9 Campaign
1. 9.9 Wallet Top Up Campaign (1 - 8th Sep 2019)
1.1 “On 1 - 8th Sep 2019 (Daily 9pm), starting at 9pm, be the first 99 customers to top up your Lazada Wallet for at least RM99 and get instant rebate of RM99”
1.1.1 Eligibility: Ecart Services Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. (“Lazada”) is offering rebates to all Lazada Wallets registered users (“Registered Users”) upon their top up to Lazada Wallet under the following terms and conditions:
(a) Ringgit Malaysia Ninety-Nine (RM99) rebate (“Rebate 1”) will be awarded to the first 99 Registered Users for their successful top-up into Lazada Wallet on 1- 8 Sep 2019, daily at 9pm, with a minimum top-up amount of Ringgit Malaysia Ninety-Nine (RM99);
(b) Rebate 1 is only available to Registered Users with valid Lazada accounts;
(c) Rebate 1 is based on top up completed time.
1.2 Terms that apply to Rebate 1:
(a) Rebates earned will be credited into the eligible Registered Users’ Lazada Wallet by 9 Sep 2019;
(b) Rebates that remain unused for sixty (60) days from the date they were credited into the Registered Users’ Lazada Wallet will expire;
(c) Registered Users cannot withdraw of rebates from the Lazada Wallet into cash.
2. 9.9 Campaign Top Up Tier Promotion (6 – 8 Sep 2019)
2.1 Top-Up into Lazada Wallet to receive up to RM40 Rebates will be awarded based on below -
2.1.1 Eligibility: Lazada is offering rebates to registered users of Registered Users who top-up their Lazada Wallet under the following terms and conditions.
(a) Rebate 2 are only available to Registered Users with valid Lazada accounts:
(i) with valid Lazada account; and
(b) the maximum amount for Rebate 2 is limited to Ringgit Malaysia Forty (RM40) for each Registered Users;
(c) Rebate 2 are provided on a first come first serve basis up to a limit (RM99 *99) pre-determined by Lazada in its sole discretion;
(d) Rebate 2 are available for top-ups made into Lazada Wallet on both the Lazada mobile application and Lazada website only;
(e) the successful top-up must be completed between the 6-8 Sep to be eligible for Rebate 2;
(f) for top-ups via 7-Eleven, the top-up requests must be completed within the campaign periods as stated under (e) above.
2.2 Terms that apply to Rebate 2:
(a) Registered Users cannot withdraw their successful top-up and rebates from their Lazada Wallet.
(b) Rebates will be credited into eligible Registered Users’ Lazada Wallet by 11.59pm on 8 Sep 2019.
(c) Any rebates that remain unused for sixty (60) days from the date it was credited to eligible Registered Users’ Lazada Wallets will automatically expire.
3. 9.9 Wallet Special Rebate 9 September 2019.
3.1 “On 9 Sep 2019, spend with Lazada Wallet, and get 5% rebate storewide with minimum spend RM499, cap of RM25 per person”.
3.1.1 Eligibility: Lazada is offering rebates to Registered Users under the following terms and conditions:
(a) 5% rebate per user (“Rebate 3”) will be awarded to all wallet users who purchase on 9 September 2019 a minimum order size of RM499, with a cap of RM25 per person;
(b) Rebate 3 is only available to Registered Users with valid Lazada accounts;
4. 9.9 Wallet Special Rebate 9 September 2019 on Digital Category.
4.1 “On 9 Sep 2019, spend with Lazada Wallet, 9% rebate storewide with no minimum spend, cap of RM25 per person”.
4.1.1 Eligibility: Lazada is offering rebates to Registered Users under the following terms and conditions:
(a) 9% rebate per user (“Rebate 4”) will be awarded to all Registered Users who purchase on 9 September 2019 from the following stores, cap of RM25 per person –
(b) Rebate 4 is only available to Registered Users with valid Lazada accounts;
(c) Registered users eligible for Rebate 4, will not be eligible for Rebate 3 for the order made from the selected digital stores in rebate 4.
5. 9.9 Wallet Special Rebate 9 September 2019 on TechMall.
5.1 “On 9 Sep 2019, spend with Lazada wallet, get 6% cashback storewide with minimum spend RM499, cap of RM30 per person”.
5.1.1 Eligibility: Lazada is offering extra rebates to Registered Users under the following terms and conditions:
(a) 6% rebate per user (“Rebate 5”) will be awarded to all wallet users who purchase on 9 September 2019 a minimum order size of RM499 from the store Techmall, cap of RM30 per person;
(b) Rebate 5 is only available to Registered Users with valid Lazada accounts;
(c) Registered users eligible for Rebate 5, will not be eligible for Rebate 3 for the order made from Techmall store.
6. Laz Rewards

Clause 6 of the above terms does apply to Rebate 3, Rebate 4, Rebate 5.
7. Terms & Conditions applicable to all Lazada Wallet campaign, promotions or contests:
7.1 Lazada reserves the right to alter, cancel, terminate or suspend the campaigns, or any part thereof or any part of the applicable terms and conditions from time to time, without prior notice.
7.2 Subject to any other terms and conditions on the Lazada platform, including, without limitation, the Lazada Wallet Account User Terms and Conditions.
7.3 Lazada’s decision regarding all matters and disputes relating to the campaigns shall be final and binding and no correspondences will be entertained.
7.4 Registered Users agree that they shall:
(a) abide by the applicable terms and conditions accordingly
(b) not dispute nor make any oral or written complaints, public announcements or statements on the same whether during or after the campaign or contest period;
(c) not by act or omission, directly or indirectly bring Lazada into disrepute;
(d) not give any product endorsement, any interviews or be involved in any articles or reports in respect of the Contest or the prize with any third party apart from Lazada.
7.5 Lazada has the right to, at its sole discretion and without prior notification, reject, refuse or exclude a participant or Registered User from participation in the campaign or Contest for reasons, including (without limitation) where the entry is not complete, non-compliance or non-fulfilment of any of the applicable terms and conditions or attempts to compromise the campaign or Contest in any way.
7.6 Lazada shall not be liable for or pay any taxes associated with this Rebate / Laz Rewards. Any taxes imposed by a government or governing body as a result of any rebate/reward/campaign/contest/program participation shall be the responsibility of the Registered Users.
7.7 Lazada may publicise, broadcast or otherwise disclose a winner's or Registered User's name, character, likeness, social media postings made pursuant to the Contest, statements or any promotional activities output concerning the winning of the Contest, or receipt of rebates pursuant to the terms herein. Lazada may promote or advertise that a particular Registered User won the Contest or received rebate(s) pursuant to terms herein. All Registered Users hereby agree and consent to the use of his/her name or his/her social media post(s) for the purpose of advertising, public communication or promotion by Lazada in relation to campaign and/or Contest herein, without any additional compensation. For further terms and conditions relating to personal data protection, our Privacy Policy at the Lazada.com.my website shall apply.
7.8 Entries and details submitted in connection with the Contest (whether in written, audio or visual form, or a combination of those) or any social media posts, photographs, video and/or film footage or audio recording provided by, submitted by or taken of the Registered Users pursuant to terms and conditions herein (“Materials”) shall be the property of Lazada. Lazada may use the Materials in any medium and in any reasonable manner it sees fit. Copyright of any such Materials becomes and remains the sole property of Lazada. Registered Users who participate in the Contest hereby assign to Lazada all worldwide copyright and like rights in the entries, social media postings and all other Materials and waive all moral rights.
7.9 Each Registered User hereby agrees to indemnify and hold the Lazada and each of its affiliates, related companies, advertising and promotion agencies and each of its and their respective directors, employees, agents and representatives (the "Released Parties") harmless from and against any losses, damages, rights, claims, or cause of action of any kind arising, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, as a result of the Registered User’s conduct or breach of the applicable terms and conditions. The Released Parties shall not be responsible for lost, late, misidentified or misdirected entries or telecommunication or computer hardware or software performance, errors, delays or failures.
7.10 Lazada disclaims all warranties with respect to the contest and campaign. The contest and prizes are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’.
7.11 Lazada reserves the right at its reasonable discretion to disqualify any individual that it determines to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or its website (if any), to be acting in breach or potential breach of these Terms and Conditions. No correspondence will be entertained.
7.12 The Contest and/or campaign is void where the same is prohibited or restricted by any local, national, state, or any governmental laws. If these terms and conditions are or become partially void, Lazada and Registered Users will continue to be bound by the remainder of the same. Lazada may replace the void part with provisions that are valid and have legal effects.
