• Please check carefully before payment, there is no refund/return mechanism once a donation is made on Lazada platform.

• Lazada may share the name, address and contact details of donors to the participating NGO, for the issuance of tax relief receipts, when applicable.

• For all queries relating to the tax relief receipts, donors are to contact the participating NGOs directly.

• Lazada will match donations up to a pre-determined limit on 1 - 4 April 2020.

• Lazada reserves the right to alter, cancel, terminate or suspend the programme, or any part of the programme, without prior notice.

• This programme is subject to other terms and conditions of use of the Lazada platform, including, without limitation, the Terms of Use, Lazada Wallet terms etc . and Privacy Policy .

• Lazada will channel your donation to the NGO stated. After donations are made, all further dealings are solely between you and the NGO to which you donated. We do not represent or warrant that your donations will be used by the NGOs for any particular purpose, and shall not be responsible for any issue you may have, regarding the NGO's use or non-use of such donations. Please channel your queries and feedback to the participating NGO in this regard.
